Plant Head / Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Head / Plant Manager – Rigid Plastic Packaging GUYANA Experience: 15+ Years ???? Degree / Diploma in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. ? Strong experience in Rigid Plastic Packaging Manufacturing. ? Hands-on exposure to IM, ISBM, and IBM manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations across manufacturing, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions. ? Manage production processes involving Injection Moulding (IM), Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM), and Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) technologies. ? Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, customer commitments, and delivery schedules. ? Lead manpower planning, workforce development, team management, and cross-functional coordination. ? Monitor key plant performance indicators (KPIs), machine utilization, downtime analysis, and overall manufacturing effectiveness. ? Ensure compliance with safety, statutory regulations, quality systems, and company policies.
