Job Description : Head of Administration – Facilities, Maintenance & Safety TORONTO CANADA Open to International candidates Candidate to lead our organizational infrastructure, technical systems, and operational compliance · Experience: 18+ years in facility management, infrastructure operations, or maintenance, including 5–7 years in a core leadership role. · Preferred Sectors: Experience in Factories, Plants, Hotels, Hospitals, Convention Centers, or large event venues. · Education: Any Graduate (Certifications in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety are highly preferred). Core Skill Set Required · Leadership & Administration: Managing multidisciplinary teams and operational budgets. · Maintenance & Compliance: Oversight of civil, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems alongside statutory safety standards. · Industrial Relations: Sound knowledge of labor laws, union coordination, and compliance. · Risk & Safety Management: Implementing robust safety protocols and emergency preparedness. · Government Liaison: Navigating regulatory approvals and ensuring seamless audit readiness.
