Job Description : FACTORY HEAD DUBAI UAE The ideal candidate brings in a minimum of 15 years of experience and has a proven record in manufacturing sector leadership. The candidate will possess deep expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control preferably in the consumer electronics or high-tech sector. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering results. Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performance teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Experience in managing complex supply chains and global manufacturing operations. Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cost reduction initiatives. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration or a related field (optional). Experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry. Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing. Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems.
