Job Description : MEP Technical & Engineering Manager | Leadership Mandate ???? Location: West Africa We are partnering with a high-performing engineering & construction organization to hire a seasoned MEP leader who can take complete ownership of technical delivery and execution. *********???? Key Responsibilities********* • Lead MEP design validation and critical technical decisions • Drive coordination across MEP, architectural, and structural teams • Own project execution, timelines, and technical risk resolution • Manage BOQs, cost exposure, and value engineering initiatives • Enforce QA/QC standards, compliance, and quality control • Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover • Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholder alignment • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team ************???? Candidate Profile*************** • 10+ years of MEP experience with leadership exposure • Strong command of HVAC, Electrical, ELV & Plumbing systems • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and technical evaluations • Strong commercial mindset with cost control capability ????
