We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Head of Sales – Sanitary Ware for a leading organization in the ceramics, porcelain tiles & sanitary ware industry. ???? Location: UAE ???? Salary: AED 25,000 ???? Role Type: Permanent | Senior Leadership ???? Key Responsibilities: • Drive regional P&L and commercial growth across UAE, with a focus on Abu Dhabi & Al Ain • Expand B2B project pipelines with developers, contractors & consultants • Build and strengthen wholesale distribution channels • Secure premium corporate specification listings • Lead recruitment, mentoring & performance management of a new sales team • Develop pricing strategies, revenue growth plans & collection controls • Identify and secure upcoming infrastructure & building project opportunities ???? Requirements: ?? 10–15 years of experience in building materials industry ?? Strong expertise in sanitary ware sales & business development ?? Proven experience managing structured sales teams & P&L operations ?? Strong network within Abu Dhabi & Al Ain markets ?? Excellent career stability ?? Valid UAE Driving License ?? Arabic speaking is mandatory
