Job Description : : CEO – Projects Location: Gurgaon CTC: Up to INR 1 Crore per annum We are looking for a highly accomplished real estate professional for the position of CEO – Projects to lead large-scale greenfield developments across Gurgaon and Haryana. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end project execution, regulatory approvals, liaisoning, and construction management within the Haryana real estate market. This role requires a leader who has independently driven projects from planning and approvals to execution and delivery, with strong expertise in CLU, statutory approvals, and coordination with government authorities. The position is execution-focused and does not involve land acquisition responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield residential, commercial, township, or mixed-use projects • Drive project planning, construction management, budgeting, timelines, and overall delivery • Handle liaisoning and approvals with DTCP, HUDA/HSVP, Fire, Environment, Pollution Control, and other statutory bodies • Manage CLU processes, licensing, compliance, and development-related approvals • Oversee contractors, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and cross-functional project stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters • Monitor project execution, vendor management, procurement coordination, and operational efficiency • Build strong working relationships with government departments and external agencies across Haryana • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and safety requirements during the project lifecycle • Lead and mentor large project and execution teams Desired Profile: • 18–25 years of experience in real estate project execution and development • Strong Gurgaon and Haryana market exposure is mandatory • Proven experience in handling greenfield projects independently from approvals to delivery • Deep expertise in liaisoning, CLU, licensing, and statutory approvals • Candidates from reputed real estate developers with large-scale project exposure preferred • Strong leadership, execution, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities • Engineering or technical qualification preferred This opportunity is ideal for a senior execution leader who understands the complete real estate development ecosystem in Haryana and can drive projects seamlessly from inception to Completion
