An exciting opportunity is available with a leading mission-driven organization seeking an experienced professional to lead its General Services function. Key Responsibilities ? Provide strategic leadership across Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Communications functions. ? Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that support organizational growth and employee engagement. ? Lead recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and workforce planning. ? Oversee departmental budgets, resource planning, and cost management initiatives. ? Build and maintain a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and team development. ? Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and strategic objectives. ? Represent the organization with external stakeholders and support partnership-building initiatives. Requirements ?? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. ?? Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management. ?? Experience overseeing HR operations, administration, and organizational development initiatives. ?? Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. ?? Experience in the NGO, development, or social impact sector is an added advantage. ?? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
