Job Description : DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANTS | Luxury Hospitality Group | Ontario, Canada *** Must be able to work in Canada, no sponsorship *** A luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Restaurants to oversee a growing portfolio of dining concepts. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will provide operational leadership across multiple restaurants, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, and a consistent guest experience throughout the group. We are seeking a polished hospitality professional with a proven background in luxury dining, multi-unit operations, and leading high-performing teams. Experience within Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, or internationally recognized hospitality brands is highly desirable. Responsibilities • Oversee front-of-house operations across multiple restaurant concepts • Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop leadership teams • Establish and maintain operational standards across all venues • Work closely with culinary and executive leadership to support growth and performance Requirements • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada • Proven success leading multi-unit restaurant operations • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience • Exceptional leadership and people development skills • Luxury hospitality, Michelin-starred, or luxury hotel experience preferred • Professional, polished, and guest-focused This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious hospitality group and play a key role in the development of multiple high-profile dining destinations.
