Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Biologics SWEDEN Open to International candidates We're looking for a leader with extensive experience managing large-scale biologics operations and driving business growth in highly regulated global markets. Educational Qualification Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline. Additional management qualification from a reputed institution will be preferred. Experience Minimum 25 years of progressive experience in the biopharmaceutical/biologics industry. Must have worked exclusively in regulated biologics manufacturing environments. At least 5 years of experience in a CEO or equivalent senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading complex organizations and delivering sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization. Drive business growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. Assume full responsibility for P&L management and organizational performance. Lead and oversee key functions, including: Business Development Finance Human Resources Research & Development Manufacturing Operations Quality & Regulatory Affairs Supply Chain and Commercial Operations Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with business objectives. Strengthen the company's presence in domestic and international regulated markets. Build high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. Engage effectively with investors, board members, customers, regulators, and other key stakeholders. Desired Competencies Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities. Deep understanding of biologics development and commercial manufacturing. Expertise in global regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
