PROJECT HEAD

Job Description : PROJECT HEAD JAMAICA FOR FMCG Reporting to the Head of manufacturing you will: Own the integrated project schedule from basic engineering approval through commissioning and handover; maintain the master project plan with critical path visibility at all times. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Oversee vendor and contractor management for project-related activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes. Lead the stage-gate process in coordination with the Steering Committee and Head of Manufacturing Sites; prepare and present gate review packages, including budget status, risk register, and schedule performance. Ideally you must have 25 years of experience in end to end project management either (greenfield or brownfield) for a GMP-certified plant. And have knowledge of GMP, CEP, and DMF certifications.
