Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury, and governance initiatives ???? Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and profitability ???? Build and develop high-performing finance teams ???? Drive strong internal controls, compliance, and performance management practices ? Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent ? 10–15 years of progressive finance experience ? Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role ? Strong FMCG or related industry background preferred ? Experience in multi-entity or group structures will be an advantage
