Job Description : Plant Head – Automotive Plastics & Lighting Systems ESTONIA Open to International candidates We are looking for an experienced Plant Head with 20–25 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing, specializing in Plastic Injection Moulding, Painted ABS Components, Compression Moulding, and Automotive Lighting Systems. The incumbent will be responsible for complete plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, EHS, and Customer Satisfaction. The role demands strong expertise in Profit & Loss (P&L) Management, budgeting, cost optimization, productivity improvement, capacity enhancement, and operational excellence initiatives. Candidates should have proven experience in leading large manufacturing teams, implementing lean manufacturing practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with customer, quality, and statutory requirements. Exposure to Tier-1 automotive suppliers and OEM customer management is highly preferred.
