20 yearsJob Description : CORPORATE HR AND AD MIN HEAD CARIBBEAN We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Corporate HR & Administration to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing talent acquisition and employee relations, and overseeing office administration to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Human Resources 1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 2. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives. 3. Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs. 4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. 5. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution. 6. Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination. 7. Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce analytics. Administration 1. Supervise office administration and facility management activities. 2. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers. 3. Oversee office budgeting, procurement, and asset management. 4. Ensure workplace safety, security, and operational efficiency. 5. Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA in HRM preferred. Reputed Public Or Private University Preferred. 20+ years of experience in Corporate HR and Administration, including managerial responsibilities. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and administrative operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
