20 yearsJob Description : Project Head GUYANA Education & Experience - BE Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering from a reputed institute Beverage manufacturing industries only - 25+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Capex Management, Plant Setup. - Proven experience in managing Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept to commissioning. - Strong experience in line installation, plant expansion, utilities planning, equipment procurement, and capacity enhancement projects. - Experience in driving New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), commercialization, and technology transfer projects. - Exposure to managing projects across multiple manufacturing locations, including third-party manufacturing / copacker operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead greenfield and brownfield projects, including new plant setups, manufacturing line installations, and capacity expansion initiatives. * Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. * Drive project execution through all stages * Ensure timely project completion to support business growth and peak-season demand requirements. * Prepare, evaluate, and secure approvals for Capital Expenditure (Capex) proposals. * Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to approved expenditure. * Partner with Procurement for vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and cost benchmarking. * Ensure alignment of project milestones with business priorities and launch timelines. * Manage vendor performance, project timelines, contracts, and deliverables. * Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. * Lead equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities. * Drive rapid stabilization post-commissioning through improvement in OEE, yield, and operational efficiency. * Ensure seamless handover to manufacturing teams through SOPs, documentation, and training programs. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to timelines, costs, quality, and compliance. * Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, safety standards, environmental requirements, and statutory norms. * Maintain project governance and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Competencies ~Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, packaging technologies, utilities, and plant engineering. ~Expertise in Capex planning, budgeting, project cost control, and ROI evaluation. ~Knowledge of project management methodologies, risk assessment, and execution frameworks.
