Job Description : *Senior Contracts & Commercial Manager required to join a leading project developer in the UAE for a Data Centre & EPC Project.** I am looking for a commercially focused contracts professional managing complex construction and engineering projects within Critical Infrastructure, Industrial or build, from a contracting or consultancy background. ? 15+ years' experience in contracts and commercial management ? Main Contracting & PMC Consultancy exp. with a Tier 1 ? Proven track record managing claims, variations, risk and commercial negotiations ? Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, mission-critical or data centre projects
