FINANCE HEAD

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD OMAN 20+ years experience Finance Head- All financial operations, reporting, planning, and strategic decision-making, particularly to support the deployment of investment funds in the business. This role will ensure financial discipline while enabling growth and expansion. Finance Head will lead and manage the companys overall financial strategy, finance operations, treasury, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and investment deployment functions while partnering with leadership to support strategic growth and operational excellence. Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) or equivalent with senior financial management experience in FMCG or manufacturing sectors. Strong experience in financial planning, treasury management, and capital deployment. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for multi-product FMCG businesses. Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and working with regulatory authorities. Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives, including new product launches or business expansion. Ability to design financial frameworks for operational and investment decision-making.
