Job Description : Director of Play - Caribbean Location: The Bahamas (Relocation Required) Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD (Negotiable) + Comprehensive Expatriate Package About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Play to lead and elevate a global portfolio of children's enrichment, adventure, camp, and family experience programs across multiple international destinations in The Bahamas. This senior leadership role will oversee play operations, program development, safeguarding, training, and quality standards while supporting the growth of new locations worldwide. The successful candidate will help shape exceptional experiences for children and families while building and developing high-performing teams across a growing international business. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all play, camp, adventure, and enrichment programs across multiple locations. Ensure consistent delivery of world-class experiences, operational standards, and safeguarding practices. Manage and develop Play Managers and central programming teams. Drive innovation in activities, camps, classes, and family experiences. Design and implement training, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
