Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Administration, or a related field • Minimum 10 years of security experience, including 5 years in a managerial role • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Valid UAE Security License (e.g., PSBD) • Valid UAE Driving License • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Good moral character with no criminal record ???? Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all security operations at the project site • Supervise security personnel and ensure proper staffing and deployment • Coordinate with clients on security-related matters • Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation • Ensure compliance with security, safety, and environmental standards • Monitor staff performance and coordinate training programs • Lead emergency response activities and incident management • Support overall project security objectives and contractual obligations ation and compliance exposure.
