Remuneration: Highly Competitive A leading Oil & Gas organization in Lekki, Lagos is seeking an exceptional, visionary, and commercially astute Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and drive sustainable business growth across its operations. This executive leadership role requires a proven industry professional with extensive experience in upstream, downstream, or integrated Oil & Gas operations, strong business acumen, and a track record of delivering organizational success. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization. • Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives. • Drive operational excellence, profitability, and market expansion. • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, investors, and partners. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate governance, and HSE standards. • Lead and develop high-performing executive and management teams. • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred. • Minimum of 15 years' experience within the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 8 years in senior executive leadership roles. • Strong understanding of upstream and downstream operations. • Demonstrated success in business development, strategy execution, and organizational transformation. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strong financial and commercial management capabilities.
