Job Description : Site HR Lead– HR & Administration | Pharma Manufacturing Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience ???? Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Mandatory) ???? Experience: 20+ Years (Plant HR / Strategic HR Leadership) Pharma Background only ???? Candidate must have strong exposure Spearhead HR operations for a greenfield manufacturing site, establishing end?to?end frameworks and driving organisational capability Key Responsibilities: * Set up HR systems, policies, and processes from inception for Biosimilars, Plasma Proteins, Oncology, Vaccines, and API manufacturing. * Partner with leadership on organization design, manpower planning, and talent acquisition strategy. * Implement leadership development and performance culture frameworks to strengthen accountability. * Ensure robust employee relations, statutory compliance, and readiness during ramp?up.
