Job Description : Group Security Manager PAN CARIBBEAN This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established and accredited private security group, they seek an experienced Group Security Manager to lead and strengthen operations across keyholding, mobile patrols, guarding, and control room services. This is a newly created in-house leadership position offering the opportunity to shape operational standards, improve compliance frameworks and drive consistency across a growing security business operating to NSI Gold, SIA ACS and ISO 9001 standards. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the Directors, taking ownership of operational governance, service delivery, compliance, quality assurance and team leadership across multiple contracts and sites.
