Job Description : Specialist Plant & Equipment Manager (Foundations) - UAE We are currently working with a leading Foundation Engineering Contractor in the UAE that is looking to appoint an experienced Plant & Equipment Manager to oversee their fleet of specialist foundation engineering equipment across a portfolio of major projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior professional with a strong background in piling, diaphragm walls, and geotechnical construction who enjoys taking ownership of plant performance, maintenance strategy, and operational efficiency. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have extensive experience managing and maintaining specialist equipment such as: • Diaphragm Wall Cutters • Desanders & Slurry Treatment Plants • Piling Rigs • Cranes and heavy construction plant The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • 15-20+ years of relevant experience within the foundation engineering, piling, or geotechnical construction sectors • Strong workshop, maintenance, and fleet management experience • A proven track record of improving equipment reliability and availability • Previous experience with reputable European piling or foundation engineering contractors would be highly advantageous
