Requirements: • Senior leadership experience (CEO, CFO, GM Finance, or similar) • Strong background in real estate development and investments • Expertise in financial modeling, project finance, valuation, and capital allocation • UAE/GCC experience preferred • Arabic speakers preferred • Must be currently based in the UAE
