Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager – Flexible Packaging ???? Location: Kuwait We are seeking an experienced and results driven Production Manager – Flexible Packaging to oversee and manage all production operations within our Flexible Packaging Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, cost control, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage day-to-day production activities within the Flexible Packaging Division ? Ensure production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost, and delivery requirements ? Monitor and improve machine utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency ? Oversee Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouch Making, and related production processes ? Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations ? Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity ? Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards ? Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions where necessary ? Develop and mentor production teams to achieve high performance Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Flexible Packaging manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role • Strong knowledge of Flexible Packaging processes including Printing, Lamination, Slitting, and Pouch Making • Proven leadership and team management skills • Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, and operational excellence • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
