Head up the Team of Design leads and Director from each discipline group, Overarching design leadership - a background and current role in this, is essential... with achieved major projects that can be varified. Salary from £200K to £266K Tax Free pa / or $276K to $358K USD pa / or Euro 235K to 305K Tax Free pa / or 85K AED to 110K AED Per month. Architecture preferred base,- But Civil, Structural or Mech/Elec or Building Services could also be considered, If the candidate has tenure managing a multi-disc design team preferably on building projects (also OK if it’s in a mix of large / complex infrastructure projects). You must be able to show Multi-D design through to completed projects (major projects) While developer-side technical profiles would work too, we can also consider candidates from large Global Architecture/ Engineering firms, CSA. Strong persona, UAE experience is not a must but any exposure to this market is always preferred. Drive the design development of extensive RE portfolio covering all portfolio asset class from Master Planned Communities, Residential High-rise, Mixed Use and Hospitality assets. Technical & detailed design leader and involved and fully engaged in all aspects of overall design and package design, multi discipline design management of architecture, structural, façade, mep, system, lighting, ID, landscape and so on. Able to navigate and pull all these design components together in one cohesive process to deliver on high quality assets in region and beyond. Design technical design development. This is not Concept design. Working mins 18 year to 25 years + in Architectural - Multi Disciplined Design Group (international) and in leadership senior roles. Key aspects of the role are; Architecture background, but not Conceptual. You need to be Client Side or Multi D CSA firm and Arch Mix background, with a multi discipline design scope in onward design (not Concept), covering and leading the design interface and control over all core design disciplines and scope. Able to operate at exec level reporting, stakeholder engagement, confident and extremely detailed and on it! Perform an Architecture lead Multi D design leadership role, external design review and approval, lead external stakeholders as well as internal design components. Senior Exec Stakeholder and Board experienced interface and reporting ! you must be used to high pressure high stakes, high demand environment. Able to handle a varied and intense design and delivery portfolio.
