Job Description : CEO Projects (CLU & Project Development) Position: CEO Projects Location: Gurgaon, Haryana CTC: Up to ?1 Crore per annum Experience: 18–25 Years Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure Development About the Role We are looking for a seasoned and result-oriented CEO Projects to lead the end-to-end development and execution of large-scale real estate projects across Haryana, with a strong focus on CLU (Change of Land Use), statutory approvals, liaisoning, project planning, and execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead the complete lifecycle of real estate projects from pre-development to project delivery. • Drive CLU processes and secure all regulatory approvals required for project commencement and execution. • Manage liaisoning with various government departments, development authorities, urban local bodies, and regulatory agencies across Haryana. • Oversee project planning, design coordination, consultant management, budgeting, execution, and project monitoring. • Ensure timely approvals, risk mitigation, and compliance with all statutory requirements. • Coordinate with architects, legal teams, engineering consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders. • Develop project execution strategies to achieve timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost objectives. • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures. • Present project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations directly to the Promoters and Board. • Establish governance frameworks and operational controls for project management. Desired Candidate Profile • Graduate Engineer/Architect with a preference for a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration. • 18–25 years of experience in real estate project development within Gurgaon/Haryana. • Proven experience handling CLU approvals, licensing processes, and government liaisoning in Haryana. • Strong understanding of Haryana development regulations, statutory approvals, project execution, and stakeholder management. • Demonstrated success in delivering large residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or township projects. • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent government relations, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
