Job Description : COO for Central Africa Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, with at least 10 years in a senior executive leadership role. Technical Expertise: Deep mastery of construction delivery methods, project management methodologies, and technical procurement. Leadership Drive: A proven "owner" mindset with the relentless drive to push projects forward, solve complex problems under pressure, and motivate diverse teams. Financial Acumen: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data, manage P&L, and optimize resource allocation. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern construction management software Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced business degree is highly preferred.
