Job Description : PLANT HEAD BERGEN NORWAY Open to International candidates 1. B.E./B.Tech or CIPET PGTPPT with science background. At least 22-25 years experience in plastics processing, packaging companies. 2. Most experience be in rigid packaging line including Injection moulding,Blow molding, PET Stretch blow molding.IBM mainly in FMCG Sector. 3. 48-52 years of age, energetic, presentable, good communicator, Good command in English oral/written. 4. General management exposure for at-lest 5-8 years. Suitable to handle North Indian industrial atmosphere. Should have handled at least 300 odd work force in GM Level. 5. Computer literate, preferably knowledge of SAP/ERP, Knowledge of Industrial norms in India for Printing/Packaging, Caps and closures, Containers industry. 6. Knowledge of Systems ISO 9001/2015, SEDEX, BRC At least have worked in such culture for 4-5 years. 7. Exposure to MNC customers in FMCG and Industrial sector, towards, supply chain, Planning, Product developments, Quality developments and commercial aspects. 8. A potential candidate who can be with company as long term association and growth. He may be required to undergo a psychometric test to be accessed for suitability to this position.
