Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Dubai. This opportunity is with a trading company based in Jebel Ali, operating primarily in the B2B space while also serving customers through seven retail points of sale. We are looking for a commercially minded leader who can oversee operations, understand the financial side of the business, navigate supply chain challenges, and most importantly, lead and inspire a team of experienced sales professionals and shop managers. The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing strategy and execution, driving performance, and ensuring all parts of the business work together towards common objectives.
