Job Description : Country Finance Manager, Germany Open to International candidates leading Renewable Energy Global Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the search of a Country Finance Manager for their growing German operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established international Renewable Energy business at a pivotal stage of expansion, and play a key role in building and shaping the finance function in Germany. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead all financial management, reporting, and compliance activities across the German business ? Provide strong financial leadership and support strategic decision-making ? Partner closely with project, commercial, operational, and international teams ? Ensure robust financial controls, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance ? Support project performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management ? Build and develop the local finance department as the business continues its rapid growth What we're looking for: ???? Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar leadership role ???? Experience within Renewable Energy (Preferably Solar PV & BESS), infrastructure, EPC, or project-driven environments is highly desirable ???? Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, and compliance ???? Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, international organization ????
