Job Description : Clinical Operations Head IRELAND Open to International candidates We are seeking a dynamic leader to head Clinical Operations for a fast-growing CRO specializing in BA/BE, bioanalytical, and clinical trial services. Lead end-to-end clinical operations across BA/BE and Phase I–IV studies Ensure strict compliance with ICH-GCP, USFDA, EMA, and CDSCO guidelines Oversee volunteer management, site operations, and regulatory documentation Drive operational excellence, quality, and client satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with precision 18–20 years of experience in clinical research operations Strong expertise in CRO environment, BA/BE studies, and global regulatory standards Proven leadership in managing teams, sites, and client interfaces Excellent communication and problem-solving skills This is a prestigious leadership role offering the chance to shape clinical operations for global pharma and biotech clients.
