Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI FOR SOFT GELATIN Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. Planning and organizing production schedules to meet timely delivery . Ensure that products are manufactured, Stored and packed in accordance with the applicable instructions and procedures as per cGMP. Monitor and Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured. Preparation of the necessary production reports and the control thereof where necessary. Involve in the review and execution of equipment / process validation. Manage human and material resources to meet production targets. Implement Standard operating procedures and adherence to environment, Health, and safety requirements. Review the performance of production staff and necessary interventions if required Co-ordinate relevant departments - Procurement, warehouse, Quality control, Quality assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Engineering for the smooth functioning of Production. Provide need based and on-job training to the subordinates as and when required. Participate in the review meetings related to complaints implement Corrective and Preventive actions as and when required. Keep the department all time ready for any Internal and External audits. 15-25 years of experience in the manufacturing of Soft Gelatin capsules, tablets, etc. Depth knowledge of soft Gel Production starting from raw materials to finished product.
