Job Description : Operations Manager | Dubai, UAE ???? TAD Logistics is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and drive warehouse operational excellence in Dubai. This is not a desk-based management role. We are seeking a warehouse leader who thrives on the warehouse floor, leads by example, develops teams, solves operational challenges, and delivers measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead warehouse operations and frontline teams ? Improve warehouse utilization and storage capacity ? Improve inventory accuracy and operational productivity ? Reduce operating costs through process improvements ? Manage safe and compliant storage operations ? Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence Requirements: ???? 10–15 years of warehouse operations experience ???? Strong leadership, people development, and communication skills ???? Experience managing audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance ???? Understanding of DG handling, storage regulations, and safety compliance ????
