Projects Director

Job Description : Projects Director Location: Dubai, UAE About the role: We are looking for an experienced Projects Director to lead and oversee major industrial, infrastructure and bridge projects from planning through to commissioning. This role is responsible for driving project success across quality, safety, budget, and timelines while managing senior teams and contractor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic direction and execution of design & built industrial projects. Manage Project Managers, Construction Managers and functional leads. Oversee selection and performance of main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure compliance with key UAE authority requirements (RTA, DM, EMAAR, DMCC, etc.) Leverage local market knowledge and contractor/supplier relationships. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Identify and mitigate technical, financial, contractual, and operational risks Requirements: 10 – 15 years of construction experience, with 5–7 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in design & built industrial, infrastructure and bridges projects. Experience working with major developers and semi-government clients (RTA, DM, EMAAR, DMCC).
