Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | UAE Chief Financial Officer role with a leading diversified business group in the UAE, with significant operations across Oil & Gas Services, Industrial Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Marine Services, and Infrastructure Support. This strategic position will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving the Group’s financial strategy, governance, capital management, and business performance across multiple legal entities. The CFO will partner closely with the Chairman and senior leadership to fuel growth, optimize profitability, and ensure long?term financial sustainability. We are specifically looking for a seasoned CFO?level leader with deep roots in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial services sectors. A demonstrably stable career — marked by long?tenured roles and progressive leadership growth — is essential, as is a genuine long?term orientation. The ideal candidate will have led financial strategy across complex multi?entity organizations, managed banking and treasury relationships at scale, and be fully comfortable engaging at the Board level. Key Requirements: • 20+ years of progressive finance leadership, including recent CFO or Group Finance roles • CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or MBA mandatory • Extensive background in Oil & Gas Services, EPC, Industrial Services, Energy, or Infrastructure • Stable career trajectory with long?term commitments; GCC/UAE experience highly preferred
