Job Description : Operations Director – Integrated Facility Management (IFM) GCC Compensation: Flexible (Best in Industry) Key Requirements: 18–20+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management. Strong expertise in core IFM operations, preferably with leading IPC firms. Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and cost optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, multi-functional teams. Experience managing high-volume operations and large portfolios, with exposure to portfolios exceeding 11 million sq. ft. Key Responsibilities: Drive operational excellence across the IFM portfolio. Ensure effective budget planning, cost control, and financial performance. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Provide leadership and direction to large operational teams across multiple locations
