The COO will be responsible for managing operational activities, improving efficiency, leading teams, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations. • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies. • Monitor sales, inventory, logistics, and customer service performance. • Lead and supervise department heads and operational teams. • Ensure efficient supply chain and distribution management. • Prepare operational reports and analyze business performance. • Control operational costs and improve profitability. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or operations role. • Experience in the home appliance, electronics, retail, or distribution industry will be an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple departments and teams effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
