Job Description : CEO – Petro / Downstream Energy Sector EAST AFRICA dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a fast-growing organization in the petroleum / downstream energy sector. The ideal leader will bring strong expertise across sales, operations, marketing, business development, and commercial strategy, with a proven ability to drive large-scale P&L ownership and organizational growth. ???? Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of business P&L (?250 Cr+ scale preferred) Lead sales & distribution across petroleum / fuel retail / LPG / downstream segments Drive commercial strategy, pricing, and profitability optimization Oversee operations including supply chain, logistics, and regulatory compliance Expand market presence through strategic partnerships and new business development Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams Ensure strong governance, financial discipline, and operational excellence ???? Ideal Profile: 18–25+ years of experience in energy / oil & gas / downstream petroleum sector Proven leadership in organizations like Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Reliance Industries Limited, Nayara Energy or similar large-scale energy players Strong exposure to fuel retail, LPG, terminals, logistics, or refinery-linked businesses Excellent commercial acumen with strong financial and strategic decision-making capability Experience managing large teams and multi-region operations ????
