20 yearsJob Description : Chief Sales Manager – Construction Equipment for our prestigious client in Oman. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Chief Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of a leading construction equipment business in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, managing the sales team, expanding market share, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, government entities, and key accounts. - Promote and sell construction equipment, including earthmoving, road construction, material handling, and heavy equipment products. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans. - Negotiate commercial terms and major contracts with customers. - Coordinate with principals/manufacturers to ensure product availability and market support. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support. - Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. - Work closely with finance and service departments to improve operational efficiency and profitability. - Submit periodic sales reports and performance analysis to senior management. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. - Minimum 18 years of experience in construction equipment sales. - At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership position. - Strong experience in the Oman or GCC market. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Strong understanding of dealer operations, equipment financing, and credit management. - Valid GCC driving license preferred. Preferred Background Experience with internationally recognized construction equipment brands such as Hyundai, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Hitachi, Doosan, Bobcat, Case, or similar equipment manufacturers. interested candidates meeting the above requirements are requested to submit the CV in editable word format to
