Job Description : Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Construction Industry. UAE We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead all commercial activities within a construction company based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute company-wide commercial and growth strategies. • Lead business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. • Oversee tendering, bidding, pricing, and estimation activities. • Manage contracts, claims, variations, disputes, and commercial risks. • Drive project profitability, cash flow management, and financial performance. • Establish procurement strategies and manage supplier/subcontractor relationships. • Lead and mentor commercial teams while collaborating with operations, engineering, and finance departments. • Report commercial performance to executive management and board stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field. • MBA or Master's degree is preferred. • 15+ years of experience in construction, contracting, infrastructure, or engineering sectors. • Minimum 7 years in a senior commercial leadership role. • Proven track record managing large-scale construction portfolios, multi-million-dollar projects, and commercial teams.
