Job Description : FACILITY MANAGER RAK UAE • Minimum 15 years of experience in #Real_Estate and Facility Management. • Proven experience in #Managing_Maintenance Operations (MEP, Civil & Infrastructure). • Strong background in #Landscape & #Softscape Management. • Experience in #Housekeeping Operations and Quality Control. • Experience in #Security_Management and contractor supervision. • Ability to manage service providers and subcontractors. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
