Job Description : CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Location : Mumbai, India, with extensive domestic and international travel. Experience : 25-30 years Industry : Candidates only from Automobile Electronics Manufacturing will be considered. This role reports directly to the Board of Directors Candidates with prior experience as a CEO, Business Head, or President in a Automobile Electronics and accessories manufacturing organization are preferred. NOTE : Only Sales/business development background please apply as we are not considering candidates from operations or plant head roles. Role Purpose: - Lead business growth and expansion. - Professionalize and scale the organization. - Operate with high autonomy and accountability for business performance. - Gradually assume full responsibility for day-to-day operations, allowing promoters to focus on strategy and governance. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth and market expansion. - Build a strong sales-led commercial organization. - Own P&L, cash flow, and capital allocation. - Align manufacturing, capacity, and supply chain for scalable growth. - Develop a high-performing leadership team while preserving company culture.
