Job Description : Vice President of Architecture & Design $450k Luxury Private Members Community Puerto Rico - Relocation Required $400,000 USD approx plus full relocation and benefits package We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Architecture & Design to lead the vision, planning, and execution of a world-class luxury private members community in Puerto Rico. This executive leadership role will oversee the architectural and design direction of high-end residential villas, luxury resort and amenities, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, innovation, and guest experience. Key Requirements: Proven executive-level experience in architecture, design, or development leadership. Extensive background delivering luxury resorts, private clubs, branded residences, or ultra-luxury villa communities. Strong expertise in master planning, design management, consultant coordination, and project execution. Demonstrated success working with internationally recognized luxury hospitality or residential brands. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
