Role Overview The Operations Director will play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused airport operations while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Lead airport operations, terminal activities, and airside operations. • Monitor operational KPIs and service delivery performance. • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards. • Manage operational readiness and emergency response planning. • Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory authorities. • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. • Lead operational teams and workforce planning activities. • Support airport expansion and infrastructure projects.
