Job Description : DIRECTOR OF ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS & ERP Locations: Saudi Arabia | United Arab Emirates | Qatar | Kuwait | Bahrain | Oman Talent Arabia Group is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Enterprise Applications & ERP to oversee enterprise systems strategy, ERP modernization, business applications governance, and technology-enabled operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead enterprise applications and ERP transformation initiatives. • Oversee SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent platforms. • Drive system optimization, integration, and digital modernization programs. • Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency. • Establish governance and best practices across enterprise applications. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum 12 years of experience leading enterprise applications and ERP environments. • Proven track record delivering complex ERP transformation projects. • Strong understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain, and operational processes. • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
