Industry: Energy, Industrial Operations, Petrochemicals & Strategic Infrastructure We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a high-growth organization within the GCC region. This executive leadership role requires a visionary business leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, commercial growth, strategic transformation, and sustainable profitability. Role Overview The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company's long-term strategy, leading organizational performance, overseeing major investments, and ensuring operational efficiency while fostering innovation and stakeholder confidence. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the organization's strategic vision and growth objectives. • Lead business transformation initiatives and organizational development. • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value. • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government entities, and key stakeholders. • Oversee operational, financial, commercial, and corporate governance functions. • Lead executive leadership teams to achieve corporate objectives. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards across the GCC region. • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. Requirements • Extensive executive leadership experience as CEO, Managing Director, President, or equivalent senior leadership role. • Strong background within Energy, Petrochemicals, Industrial, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or related sectors. • Demonstrated success in business growth, P&L management, and strategic execution. • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities. • GCC or international executive leadership experience preferred.
