AED 120,000 – 180,000 per month This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a commercially focused finance leader with experience managing complex healthcare operations, investment strategies, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, and investment activities • Partner with the Board and CEO on growth and expansion strategy • Drive financial governance, risk management, and operational efficiency • Support M&A, fundraising, and strategic partnership initiatives Requirements: • 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience • Previous CFO or Finance Director experience within healthcare, hospitals, or healthcare services • Strong experience working with investors, boards, and executive stakeholders
