Job Description : Group Chief Financial Officer for a listed B2B manufacturing company with global operations based in Surat. This is a senior strategic finance leadership role requiring someone who can partner closely with the Promoters / Board / MD on growth, capital allocation, governance and business performance. Key requirements: ? Chartered Accountant mandatory ? 20+ years of experience ? Strong B2B manufacturing / industrial / engineering / chemicals / pharma background ? Hands-on treasury, banking and funding experience ? Board / promoter-facing maturity ? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ? Experience in ?1,000 Cr+ revenue businesses preferred ? Multi-plant / multi-location exposure preferred ? Age: preferably 52 years or below ? Location: Surat, Gujarat This role is ideal for a commercially sharp CFO who brings strategic thinking, banking depth, execution ownership and executive presence in a manufacturing environment.
