Job Description : GM – HR & IR EAST AFRICA We are looking for a seasoned HR & IR leader to drive people strategy and industrial relations at a site-based role in a leading organization within the Mining / Construction / Cement sector. ???? Position: GM – HR & IR ???? Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan ???? Experience: 18 Years ???? Industry Preference: Mining / Construction / Cement ???? Key Highlights of the Role ? Lead end-to-end Industrial Relations and union negotiations ? Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, Mines Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, etc.) ? Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals ? Manage large blue-collar workforce at site ? Oversee contract labor management & administration ? Partner with leadership on organizational development ???? What We’re Looking For Strong background in IR & labor law compliance Proven experience in plant/site HR roles Excellent stakeholder & conflict management skills Prior exposure to mining or heavy industries preferred
