DIRECTOR – SPARE PARTS

Job Description : DIRECTOR – SPARE PARTS & ALLIED PRODUCTS - UAE | one of the Middle East's most progressive automotive groups as they create a brand-new business unit bringing together OEM parts, aftermarket, allied products, wholesale trading, sourcing, and international distribution under one strategic leader. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full responsibility for building and growing a high-performing parts business with significant P&L ownership and the freedom to shape the future direction of the operation. What we're looking for: *Senior automotive parts leader with 15+ years' experience *Strong aftermarket, trading and distribution background *Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers and international sourcing markets *Commercially astute with proven P&L responsibility *Expertise in inventory optimisation, pricing strategy and supplier negotiations *Experience across OEM, aftermarket, wholesale or independent distribution channels *International exposure highly desirable, particularly Asia sourcing markets such as China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan The opportunity: • Build and lead a newly created global parts trading business • Develop strategic supplier partnerships worldwide • Expand wholesale, aftermarket and non-OEM revenue streams • Lead a team of professionals across multiple business segments • Drive growth across sourcing, trading, distribution and digital channels • Be part of a wider automotive transformation programme led directly by the executive team This role would suit someone who sees spare parts not simply as a support function, but as a major profit centre and growth engine.
